Rotaract District Conference 2010

March 27-28, 2010, Grand Villa, Bay, Laguna - The Rotaract District Conference 2010 focuses on celebrating the accomplishments of Rotaractors the accomplishments of Rotaractors from the premier district, R.I. D3810, and ensures effective leadership transition for  the Rotaract clubs. This year’s  conference theme is ROTARACT: Celebrate Youth Power, which recognizes the Rotaractors’ power to shape the future of  Rotary and the world.

The PURPOSE

The Rotaract District Conference 2010 aims to:

  1. Celebrate the achievements of Rotaract clubs for the Rotary year

  2. Inspire Rotaractors to continue leading and serving with excellence

  3. Provide opportunities for Rotaractors to engage in fellowship with clubs within the District

  4. Help Rotaractors facilitate effective leadership transition within their clubs

The DATE

The  conference will  be held on March 27 (Saturday) and 28 (Sunday), 2010.

The LOCATION

Rotaractors will  gather at the  Grand Villa, Bay, Laguna -   a conference center, resort, and butterfly park.

Your PARTICIPATION

Rotaract District Conference 2010 participation fee is P1,200 (same as last year’s registration fee), which is inclusive of the following:

§         Overnight Accommodation

§         1 Breakfast, 2 Lunch, 1 Dinner  and Snacks

§         Conference materials

§         Transportation from assembly  point to the venue and vice-versa (assembly area to be announced soon)

A  SOCIALS NIGHT and  ROTARACT ACHIEVERS, FUTURE BUILDERS EXHIBIT will also be held   More details about these activities will be posted soon.

Your PREPARATION

Rotaractors must have their  club’s banner,  business clothes (for day 1), and sports wear (for day 2) ready for the Rotaract DISCON 2010.
