Rotaract DISTAS 2009

July 25, 2009, TUP Manila - DG Connie Beltran addressed the Rotaract District Training Assembly 2009 conducted by the Rotaract District Committee led by DRR Izel Guatno at Technological University of the Philippines with 268 Rotaract participants from different Rotaract Clubs of District 3810. IPDRR Charlie Chua turned over the leadership of the Rotaract District Committee to DRR Izel.
