This section allows members/representatives of Rotary Clubs of Rotary International District 3810 to: 

• RESERVE A DATE ONLINE of Club Inductions, Charter Anniversary, and Governor’s Visit. 
• TO ADD / EDIT / DELETE details of a reserved event, or 
• RESCHEDULE / MOVE A RESERVE DATE.

Reserving a date for Club Inductions and Charter Anniversary is NOT MANDATORY but COMPULSARY should you wish to request our Governor attend to your event. Reserving a date for GOVERNORS VISIT is a requirement, therefore mandatory.

Before reserving a date, make sure to check if the desired date is FREE. 

Once the request is received, appropriate validations and availability shall be made and the request shall be reflected in the district calendar within 24 to 72 hours. In cases where two clubs register for the same day, the first to register shall be recognized. FIRST COME. FIRST SERVE.

We recommend you schedule your event with our GOVERNOR Mondays to Wednesday, and on Fridays.

To avoid possible inconveniences, please schedule your events early.
