Turnover of JEPROCS (Joint Efforts of Pasay Rotary Clubs) Handwashing Facility at the Jose P. Rizal Elementary School in Pasay City with our RI District 3810 Governor Joyce Ambray. This facility features a pedal-powered water source to lessen hand contact from regular faucets.
